What We Fix

Your credit report should tell your real financial story.

Credit bureaus like Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion compile reports used by lenders, landlords, and even employers.

Someone Else's Information On Your Credit Report

Accounts, debts, or personal data that belong to another person can end up on your report. This happens when names, addresses, or Social Security numbers get crossed in data systems. The result? You look like a financial risk you're not.

Wrongfully Reported As Deceased

Your credit report shows you as deceased, often because of an error from the Social Security Administration or a bank. Your score drops to zero. Accounts freeze. Loans get denied. All while you're very much alive.

Outdated Information

Debts, collections, or negative items older than 7 years should fall off your report. Expunged or sealed records should not appear. When they do, it's a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Incorrect Balances Or Payment History

Accounts show past due when you paid on time. Balances appear higher than what you actually owe. These errors can lower your score and cost you thousands in higher interest rates.

Duplicate Records

A single late payment or collections account shows up multiple times, making a one-time issue look like a pattern of problems. Duplicate records unfairly drag down your score and raise red flags with lenders.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their respective owners.

If these errors cost you a loan, higher rates, or peace of mind, we dispute and pursue compensation on your behalf at no out-of-pocket cost.
