Atid Malka

Atid Malka is a consumer protection attorney who helps people take action when inaccurate reporting, deceptive practices, or other consumer rights violations cause harm. His practice includes cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other consumer protection laws designed to hold businesses accountable when they fail to follow the rules.

Before focusing his practice on consumer protection, Atid gained experience in business litigation. That background strengthened his legal research, writing, and litigation skills, which he now applies to representing individuals in consumer rights cases.

Atid graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he concentrated in Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as Law and Religion.

During law school, Atid was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing. He competed with Emory Moot Court, advancing to the finals of the Mardi Gras Invitational, and served as a Student Editor for the Emory Journal of Law and Religion. He has also published articles with Canopy Forum.

Atid is licensed to practice in Georgia and is admitted to federal district courts in Georgia and Illinois. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys playing, watching, and refereeing soccer, training in mixed martial arts, writing, and spending time with his dog, Uzi.
