Beth Findsen

Beth Findsen is a consumer protection attorney with more than 25 years of civil litigation experience. She helps consumers dealing with credit reporting errors, background check mistakes, identity theft, and other problems that can affect their finances and everyday lives.

Beth has successfully tried cases involving mortgage foreclosure defense and wrongful recordings against real property. She also has extensive appellate experience, successfully handling appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Beth earned her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she served as an articles editor for the Houston Law Review, received the Susman Godfrey Award for Best Litigation Paper, and earned top-grade awards in Civil Procedure, Torts, Contracts, and Criminal Law. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barons.

Today, Beth’s practice includes credit report errors, bankruptcy reporting errors, mixed credit files, deceased reporting, background check errors, identity theft recovery, EFTA and FCBA violations, and debt collection harassment.

Beth has also written numerous published articles and served as a panelist for property and foreclosure law seminars at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and other organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
