David Pinkhasov

David Pinkhasov is an attorney licensed in New York and Florida who brings experience across consumer-focused legal services, housing matters, mediation, and real estate law. His background includes helping individuals navigate legal problems involving housing, income, foreclosure, and other issues that can have a direct impact on their everyday lives.

David earned his J.D. from Hofstra University Law School in 2021. During law school, he interned with the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic, where he helped address legal issues affecting clients’ health and well-being, including matters involving income and housing.

David also interned with the Nassau County Bar Association Mortgage Foreclosure Pro Bono Project, assisting Nassau County residents facing foreclosure during court-mandated conferences. Through Hofstra’s Family Law Mediation Clinic, he co-mediated custody and visitation disputes, divorce matters, and other family law issues.

After law school, David worked as a real estate attorney, guiding clients through matters ranging from complex leasing agreements to large-scale property acquisitions. His varied legal background has helped shape an approachable, practical style when working with clients facing complicated legal situations.

David is admitted to practice in New York and Florida, along with multiple federal district courts in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Missouri.
