Jenna Dakroub

Jenna Dakroub is a consumer protection attorney with extensive litigation experience helping people address errors in credit reports, employment background checks, and tenant screening reports. She has successfully recovered significant settlements in hundreds of cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Before beginning her legal career, Jenna interned with the Office of the General Counsel at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She also worked with at-risk youth through Michigan State University’s Adolescent Diversion Program, reflecting an early commitment to advocacy and public service.

Jenna earned her B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Health Law Partnership Clinic and served as a Graduate Research Assistant.

Today, Jenna’s practice includes credit report errors, bankruptcy reporting errors, mixed credit files, deceased reporting, background check and tenant screening errors, identity theft recovery, EFTA and FCBA violations, and debt collection harassment.

Jenna is admitted to practice in multiple state and federal courts across the country, including the Eighth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. She is also an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
