Noah Kane

Noah Kane is a consumer protection attorney who has spent his career representing consumers in disputes with banks, lenders, credit bureaus, debt collectors, and large corporations, including both individual cases and class actions.

Noah’s practice includes cases under federal consumer protection laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as state consumer protection laws. He has recovered six- and seven-figure results for clients in consumer cases.

Noah is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland and has federal court admissions and co-counsel relationships across the country. This network allows him to pursue consumer protection cases in the appropriate federal courts and work with local counsel when necessary.

Noah earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His work and legal analysis have also been featured in American Banker and the Cardozo Law Review.
